Advertised search and selection

Capitalising on our contacts with the trade journals we will place quality advertising in journals agreed with you in order to target Candidates appropriate to your business. Applicants will be screened and assessed before a short list of suitable Candidates is presented for interview.

Network search and selection

Using our extensive network of contacts we will search through the industry for suitable Candidates. The use of this network is essential as many of the best Candidates would not respond to advertising and indeed may not be actively looking for a move. At this stage we will then review the profiles and backgrounds of these Candidates and only put forward those whose skill set match your requirement.

Assignment search and selection

Particularly useful for senior or specialised appointments, the assignment search offers you the most targeted and intensive search and selection process. Often referred to as head hunting we will specifically target the most appropriate individuals outlining your opportunity; providing you with access to the highest calibre Candidates with the most appropriate skill sets. Typically these people are not actively looking for a move and would not respond to advertised vacancies, but as with most highly successful individuals would consider opportunities for advancement.
